Edward Parallel 1 reminds me of life... a journey that is at times blissful, exploratory, and meditative. It's incredible that the artist who created this is the same one who gave us Kool FM and KHLHI and who remixed Opus and A Violent Noise. That versatility might be part of Four Tet's genius, and his longevity due in part to his progression, evolution, talent, and ear for music. Art in sound form, music that feels alive... yet underneath it all is that unmistakable soul.
